does anyone know of a free encoder that will encode videos to PS3 format???

if so please post the name/link

24hour bump rule...

not sure if there's anything free...try Xilisoft, they might have something, at least a trial...I have the DVD-MP4 converter, does PS3 videos as well

Try using yasa video converter to convert video to ps3 video. It works fine for me.
