First post! I could have used this guide on the 25th (<3 ps3 on my monitor)

Anyway yeah there are HDCP compliant boxes, from what I have seen online most suppliers / retailers will say whether it is compliant or not. I'm looking into purchasing one now and from what I've seen most recent ones should have no problem with it.

I.K.

I am in the same boat. I was going to post something in the Audio card area but I tried the seldom-used search feature for the forum and found this. To my knowledge If we can find a box that converts from fiber to three 1/8" jacks for the logitech speakers that would work for our systems. You got the X-540 Speakers or another set? Either that or we would have to plug it into a preamp and then use adapters to get each of the speakers into it. I basically wanted to get my Logitech 5.1 system to play the audio from my PS3 and XBOX 360 without having the power-draining PC on. Do you have any ideas?

It would be 2.1 likely through 5 speakers and your sub or stereo sound only in other words.

See my comment above yours.

I managed to find something by accident when looking for 5.1 gaming earphones, if anyone can suggest some good ones, and found this on amazon.com and newegg but I doubt it's compatible with the PS3.
