No it doesnt have better exclusives. It has 2 exclusives that I know about and they are FF13 and MGS4.

I dont know anything about MGS4 but I know FF13 and have played FF games for a while now. I can say that the Xbox 360 has Lost Odyssey and that it is a quality game that will give FF13 a good run for its money, It was made by the father of the FF games after all.

As far as the other games are concerned theres Fable 2, Halo 3, Gears of war 1 and 2, Mass Effect, Halo Wars. And thats just exclusives, and the ones that I can name off hand.
Then you have all the games that are on both 360 and PS3: Assasins Creed, DMC4, COD4, GTA4. And the multiplatform games make the PS3 a good choice but why would you choose to missout on all the 360 exclusives for one or two games on the PS3?

The fact is that the 360 is cheaper and has way more games. No one can counter this. All of my friends who bought 360's within the last year have had no problems with them. Its only the early adopters and really stupid people who have major problems with their 360's.

PS: I have been in the market for a PS3 for a while now but due to all the games that interest me being on the 360 also I have not had a reason to buy one. And I do have the money to buy one I just honestly see no point since I have had a 360 for so long and already have all the games for it.

I myself prefer the 360's controller. Plus I absolutely love Gears, Halo, and Forza...

get a ps3 if you're digging all the exclusives this year (siren,metal gear 4,gran turismo 5, final fantasy13, haze , resistance ,killzone 2) and if you're a media buff like me, so you'll really enjoy the blu-ray movie playability and the PS3's media player layout, its far superior to the 360's so the PS3 would serve as a best friend for your HDTV if you have one.

On the other hand, get a 360 if you're digging their exclusives (gears of war 2, lost odyssey, project gotham, forza, halo). The 360 is basically a gaming machine at best so its online gaming functionalities are arguably better than the PS3's but you do have to pay annually. Take these points into account and see whats most important to you. Both can make you happy depending on what you want/need.
