Go for the one which most of your friends use (If you want to play online)

I prefer the PS3 and have owned both. Blu-Ray + Folding swung it for me ^_^

$50 a year is nothing.

I can only see the $50 year subscription thing being a problem if you're a kid, and you got a 360 for X-mas, but no one gave you X-mas money for Live.

Want futureproof? Buy a PS3.
Want proper HD output? Buy a PS3
Want Blu-Ray? Buy a PS3

The graphics are more or less the same. However the PS3's hardware is far superior and futureproof. The 360 on the other hand isn't. It depends on what you want.

Personally id get the PS3 because its what has been driving the console market for many years, the controllers aren't like holding a brick with too many buttons, it looks like a modern piece of equipment, its futureproof and should hopefully have some great features sometime soon.

Oh yeh and it doesnt over heat or get a RROD and online is free

I pay for it... And so do millions of other people. That is not a valid argument.

Some games run at less resolution on PS3.

And seriously, if the graphics are "more or less the same...", how can the hardware be "far superior."

Choose your arguments wisely.

Decide what games that are currently out and are set to come out.

Then make your decision on how many games you are interested in and will buy.

The ps3 doesnt have better graphics... Jeez. The 360 games look better , at least for now they do. I have an xb360 elite. But, It doesnt serve my media needs or bluray for that matter. It's a tough choice to make, I still say get a ps3. Metalgear,Resident evil, and socom .
