Question PSP update questions.
I'm on my PSP now, bad connection.

1 > What is the latest version?

2 > Are updates incremental?

System: (AMD-AMD-ATI)-(CPU-Chip-GPU)

The latest version is 3.90. They are not incremental, just dl it.
HOWEVER, if your PSP is less than version 2.01 (find out by going to system settings, system information), it can be worth a lot of money so put it on eBay and get a new one.

No its a PSP 2000. Wanted Skype. Currently running 2.80. Any chance I can watch YouTube on the latest version?

If it is under 2.01, it is not worth a lot of money. Any PSP can be downgraded to 1.50 firmware.
