Default OGM and MKV on PS3

I was wondering if anyone would know of a converter that would allow me to convert my OGM and MKV files to the best possible format to play on my PS3 and even my Xbox 360 if possible?

I actually have had no luck with Video 9. I am going to guess I was doing something wrong with how I was setting it and using it?

I have my PS3 set up wirelessly and my PC set up as a "Media Server" and my PS3 recognizes it, and it can view the photos I have in the correct folders and listen to the music as well, but it just wont recognize the video for some reason.

Ive gone into the settings for media sharing on my PC and it is set to share the Video as well as the Image and Audio files. I am running Vista 64-bit just so you know.

Just convert them to DivX. PS3 and 360 both support DivX now.
