Ok so this is what im going to do. Im going to keep this thread active for about 2 or 3 hours. During that time I want all your guys to try and convince me to buy a PS3.

If you do convince me ill go out and buy one. Along with some games and maybe some blu ray's. Ill even take some pics of my setup if anyone wants to see.

I have a 1080P 40 inch tv already. I have an Xbox 360 already and some money to waste.

PS: I dont know how to post images on here so you will have to tell me how.

I know alot of people are buying it for MGS4 but I have never played any of those games.

Maybe ill buy Age of Conan, that seames like a sweet game. And I wont have to buy a PS3.

Ya honestly what am I going to do with a PS3? FF13 lookes like its going to be a let down anyways.

EDIT: Im also a wow player and I have to say that I am really sick of it. Thats why I was thinking about buying AoC.

well logically all u would have to do is look at the originals of both(ps1 and 2). which had the most staying power? like always its not microsoft(except OS's). anything with MS is all about marketing. the old xbox started out just like this one, main advertising on one game, back then it was tao fang. it flopped. kinda like halo 3 did. plus PS3 has the blu-ray, free online play, and backwards compatibility with games. but ultimately if u dont WANT one nooone is gonna be able to convince you to buy one

Well I do want to buy one. Im just not sure right now. I know I probably will buy one eventualy. Im just not sure what games I will play one it or how much I will use it. Im asking people to share their experiences owning a ps3 because all I have heard first hand is that the PS3 just collects dust.

And BTW I do have alot of the 360 games, I have played my 360 lots over the 2 years I have had it and I am very happy with it. I said convince me to buy a PS3 not tell me the 360 sucks. Also Halo 3 did not flop, it held the record for top selling game for a while. And the 360 did not flop either.

PS3 graphics in HDTV are amazing, and try hooking it up to your 1080p TV and you'll notice a massive difference between the PS3 and the 360. The games are just as good as 360, and the friends system is going to be updated soon (ver. 2.40) and then it will be like the 360 only with better grahpics and gameplay.
