I have a few scratches on my screen like the litty tiny ones nothing major or horrific looking. It's not really noticeable until looking at it closely but I get very annoyed by little things, is there anything that I can use to fix this? I want to make the screen look brand new if it's possible.

Ahaha lol that was exactly me a few years ago when I got mine. You can put a screen protector over it and you won't notice any scratch anymore. Or you can sand it or change the body kit. It's not actually the LCD itself that is scratched, it's the protector/cover.

Believe it or not, Brasso actually works well for removing minor scratches. I have used it on my memorex MP3 player and it took the scratches right out of it. Use cotton balls.

You did not scratch the LED. You scratched the case. Simple go to coolmods.co.uk or extremedeals.com and buy a new front or a whole new housing.

So would the links provided below fix my paranoid mind?
__________________Is it relatively easy or complex to remove the original face plate? Looks line I'll need a tiny screwdiver the "small" one I use I guess isn't small enough. My warranty is basically void right? I guess it ain't so bad, I bought this like when it originally came out from gamestop and the 1-2year warranty is likely gone. http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.4125 http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.4211
