This kind of sucks because I tried to run Tenchu 2: Birth of the Stealth Assassins on my modded psp with 4.01 m33-2 and it freezes after it saves to the memory card in the beginning.
It reliably saves in the beginning so I know its not the save. But then it just goes to a white screen and stays there. I really wanted this game to work. I just checked the game and its fine so it seems it freezes at the first movie. Im not sure where to start to get this game to work. Im not really sure how to get popsloader to work seperately. Ive tried multiple times ripping and converting the iso to eboot but no success. I had no problems getting Castlevania to work so I know my method is tested.

It's a PSX game? Lemme grab you a thread from another forum:

So, I loaded 4.01 M33 - Version 2, and it's amazing.
I've overclocked my PSP, and the battery life went from 6 hours, to 4 hours, but when school starts I'll never be on the bus for more than an hour. [yes, i have a car, but gas is ridiculous cause i commute !!!]. Anyways, the new 4.01 M33 Version 2 works flawlessly. It has built in popsloaders and all those other goodies. I can load "older files" without any addons. It'll also load iso and cso "files" no problem. But the main kicker, was that I finally was able to figure out RSPsar dumper, with the new RSPdumper [v 3.5 that works with official eboots up to 4.05], and was able to load the full version of CXMB [version 3.2.1, which supports 4.01 M33 Version 2] Here are some screenies :] ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

And I still haven't figured out CXMB, lol.
