The problem isn't that you don't get it, it's that you don't want me to help you get it - you just do your own thing >_>

I've tried to understand your posts but it doesn't make much sense to me.
I'm just using what I have available to me and trying to get the best and easiest method to making it look good. I wasn't happy with it before, and now I am pretty happy and it's fairly easy and quick for me to get good video uploaded to YouTube. This isn't something that needs to be perfect, I was just looking for a quick and easy method to get the best looking without needing to do much. I'm just going to be using it for random gameplay footage, nothing special. It looks great to me on YouTube and is the quality I was hoping for considering I wasn't hoping for much. Thanks for the help though, but everything you tried telling me was just more confusing than what its worth to me.

The idea that high quality = complicated and slow is a silly misconception. You'll probably spend less time and work less my way. Doing things right is easier than taking the convoluted route. It seems difficult because you have the buttons for the convoluted route in front of you - but not the buttons for the proper route.

Yo Comaż I searched for this specific subject today and came across this post! This is exactly what I am trying to accomplish. Would you be willing to help me out if I start a post about this? You seem extremely knowledgeable about this.
I read your profile (wink) My goal instead of the step? My goal is to capture from my PS3 using my Dazzle video capturing card and be able to post the captured videos on Youtube in HD with the absolute best possible quality. I have already gotten (probably not perfect) but great quality HD vids up on Youtube using my Xbox360. But I can't seem to get the same nice, clear quality now that I am trying to use my PS3. I prefer to capture with the Dazzle, and edit/render in Vegas Pro. Would you be willing to help me out with this at all? Everyone seems to give different advice and not know EXACTLY what they are talking about but your advice seemed to be spot on to me. Also, out of respect. . . Halifax? Did you ever find out how to capture in better quality than you were using your dazzle/ps3?

Also, I improved a bit, but there was only so much I could figure out how to do regarding the capture and with the Dazzle. Please create your own thread and let this one die. I no longer own a PS3 and this thread does not need to be continued alive. Thanks.
