Good Party/Music games? - Overclock.net

I couldn't resist and bought myself a ps3 again xD $230 for an openbox slim. Anyway, what are some good party/music games? I haven't had a ps3 for almost 2 years now and i'm totally out of the loop as to the newer games

Here's my current to-get list

1. Guitar Hero 5 (Ordered)
2. Little Big Planet (Ordered)
3. DJ Hero (possibly)
4. Castle Crashers
5. Borderlands (preordered)
6. Fairytale Fights (preordered)

What else is good? I don't plan on playing any action games (except MW2!) since I have my desktop for that

Castle Crashers is fun for 4 people. (If you consider that a party)

not trolling ps3's here but maybe you should find some friends with xbox 360's and do a big lan playing halo 3 or modern warfare.

me and my friends did one a while ago is was awesome we had one 46" full HD Samsung a 32" HD Samsung (that is also my pc screen

) and a 20" crt for my MLG friend who refuses to play split screen so we did a 4v4 it was great

Had a 360 a few weeks ago.. it kept dying on me so i slaughtered it

My roommate is bringing his 360 from home after this weekend so that will be covered.

We have a projector setup in our room for a 110 inch screen. Modern Warfare 2 should be quite entertaining on that

but no resitance or killzone on 360.

Rock Band for sure. I've had a lot of fun with that. Best is at that perfect point where people are drunk enough to be willing to sing but not so drunk they have no coordination.

Rockband, & castle crashers aint a PS3 game. Yet. But next week, the 20th Borderlands is coming out. a 4 player FPS, MMO RPG style. there's literally 3 million + diff guns in it.
