Default Just got a brand new PlayStation 3 from Sony ?
So , without asking I got a brand new CECHG04 PlayStation 3 from Sony. They sent it to my address without a letter or anything. No RMA number whatsoever. No nothing. Just a box and PlayStation 3...

It's not that I don't mind or anything , but I think it's just strange. I'm stunned... I also haven't payed anything or anything.

Just got a free PlayStation 3 I guess. It's so new , it's even wrapped in this sticky plastic to protect it.

Does anyone know the amount of days Sony has to claim it back ? Because if they claim it after those days , it's mine.

Why would they just ship you a PS3? Are you sure you didn't just win something and don't remember?

Also, if it's already been delivered to your house, I doubt anything will be reclaimed.

That's what I thought BiG. I called Sony a few weeks ago after getting my fixed other CECHG04 PlayStation 3 back that there was something was rattling. So they gave me an RMA number etc. you know the works... But I decided not to send it anyway because I'm rebuilding a CECHA01 PlayStation 3 in the near future with parts out of this one. So , after that call , Sony might have got confused , and sent me a brand new one ?

Today I found out that the rattling noise was normal after shaking the new PlayStation 3 a bit. So a good job I didn't send my older PlayStation 3 to Sony. Because when the PlayStation 3 is running , it doesn't make that rattling noise.
