Default FIXED: Uncharted 2 Broken?
I fixed my problem. I took my copy back to Future shop and got a new disc. Froze exactly the same. installed latest firmware, (I was one behind) Fixed!!!

is the game scratched at all? I would first try loading up into a different save to see if its just a corrupted save file.

I played it through to chapter 4, froze. played again (new game) (new account) to chapter 4, and it froze 10 minutes after where the first did.

EDIT: No It's not scratched, I can upload pictures of everyone of my discs for all games. each has no scratches. My games are all in PERFECT condition.

hmm, perhaps try to play another game just to check that it isn't the ps3 causing the issue. could be an overheating issue.
