Yeah I know. I'm going to put a 16GB card in my PSP. I'm guessing it will be big enough. And it will be faster than two smaller ones. I think...

Yeah it will be. I have a duel modded PHAT and a single slot slim
and they both have the faster card read/write option on in firmware.

The slim 16gb card is faster than the PHAT with 2x 8gb.
By quite a lot too.

Just be careful where you buy your card as there are a lot
of fakes floating around.

Just hit up any of the guides/lists that deal with the PSP

You can directly tell if the stick is fake by loading it up into the PSP and going to any of the memory stick opening icons (pics/music/video/games) and press triangle and select information...there you will find out just how much of a deal you got

Have you actually ever tested the memory cards? Even though a memory card may report 16GB, it may not actually be a 16GB card. The easiest way to check is to load 16GB worth of data on it. It's a common scam on eBay.

Yeahp...i would much rather have two "real" 8GB MicroSD's that are somewhat slower and not chance a fake pro duo etc...

Thanks ! Great info. I'll keep that in mind when I get the card ! I'll REP+ you when I get home.

Well no not really tested. But I never knew there was so little difference.

Exactly. I'm going to check every single corner of the packaging before I even open it. I want a real one. And that's that.

No. Easiest thing would be to play games normally. Without getting the huge memory cards.
