I personally can't recommend anything other than SanDisk MS Pro Duos. SanDisk cards are typically much cheaper, more reliable, and faster than their Sony counterparts. The optimal solution would be a 16gb SanDisk Ultra II if they're available now. I've been out of the PSP game for a while.

2. FAKE Sony have easily identifiable FALSE Sony part numbers with extra letter T and also mixed/incorrect UPC Part Number on the retail paper insert.
* Pro Duo:
- 2GB (MSX-M2GST/X)
- 4GB (MSX-M4GST/X)
- 8GB (MSX-M8GST/X)
- 16GB (OEM ?)

3. Newer FAKE may have correct Sony Part Number but the UPC Part Number may still be incorrect on the retail insert! Fake has none of the Operating Instructions sheet(s) and none of the separate Sony Warranty sheet.
The bold and underlined part maches my barcode so I'm assuming it's genuine one.

I would still see if you can't find one that deals with the hologram's etc...its not hard to get the bar code right but those holograms or the stickers have to be special ordered AFAIK

If it's legit that'd be awesome...how much did you pay?

This is just a suggestion but ...

1. Go to walmart and buy 16 gig memory stick
2. Next day go back to return the one you got off ebay
3. Enjoy a legit stick without worrying

It's a legit stick... Why are you soft footing around it? :S
Just stick it in your PSP. I scanned the VIN and the barcode.
It's a legit stick.... or does that mean 'nothing' as well?
