So , a friend of mine and me are having microphone problems with PlayStation Home. When I call him , he accepts and then we don't hear each other.
Anyone else having / had the same problem ? Edit : He just mentioned he sometimes hearing me for about 2 seconds at a time ?

i've heard of this before. From what I hear it is one of three things, the mic could be a problem, your machine is having a poor time receiving, or you could have a bad internet connection. Google it and you will find tons of results on how to fix.

The thing is , it's not the PlayStation 3 or the microphones... Because , when we play Grand Theft Auto IV , they work fine...

then it sounds like a server or networking problem with the game than your actual consoles.

Well , the problem is solved. Today I discovered that we have to press the R2 button if we want to talk.
![]() Also explains why he heared me once in a while. I was touching the R2 button now and then. And the other way round. ![]() Thanks for your help though !
