Default PS3 trophy sync NEVER works.
It just doesn't. Same error code, different position it stops every time. I'll post it next time I try.

I haven't got MW2 either so it's not that bug. It's the slim at fw 3.10. And I've only had it for a week.

Why won't it work?

I was having the same problem. I wanted to go to my profile to change the color, but I had to sync up to do it. It stopped every time around 10-13%.

After about 10 tries in 2 days, it finally synced up.

Apparently, this is a problem as of the latest firmware. I get error codes every other time I try syncing.

I have been getting error codes as well with firmware v 3.10
i shut of my ps3 unplugged it from power turned it back on and it worked

Make sure you're not in a game when you do it. That screws it up sometimes.
