SOCOM FTB is pretty good. Not sure if it's "M" rated or not.

Ridge Racer is pretty decent. Hot Shots Golf is pretty fun too.

Lumines is the best original PSP game I've played. The other originals I've played is Untold Legends, which is kind of a weak clone of Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance; not bad, but not great either. And Mercury, which was interesting at first but got less interesting pretty quick.

Everything else of interest to me is basically a sequel/clone of a big-boy console game. So if you're into Burnout, GTA, Madden, Tiger Woods, Katamari Damachi, etc., that's where I would start looking.
