I am about to buy sd vs raw 2006 and I just want to make sure that it will run on my 2.0 psp, but if I were to go to 1.5 will it work with a game loader? Also does it allow multiplayer?

Here's a zen question for you: If you're going to get it regardless, what difference does it make what firmware it requires?

Seriously though, if it's a new game (which I assume by the 2006 in the title), it probably requires 2.0 or higher. You may be able to get it to launch on 1.5 with one of the new loaders floating around that can boot 2.0+ games on fw1.5 (please don't ask where to get it, just take 5 seconds and use Google). I thinl it's called an "MDH" loader after the guy who wrote it, but I might have my letters wrong. They don't work on all games I think, so even this option is a hit-and-miss possibility. I have not tried this myself, so that's about all I can tell you.

Well I want it but if I requries 2.5 then its a no go because I am sticking to 2.0. I know nothing about game loaders so is there a faq on them because I heard that its possible to brick your psp with them, or is there a list that tells me games and what fw they require so I would know what games to get, what games to try with loaders, and what games I will have to live without.
