Default Final Fantasy X need help leveling

I just defeated Seymour for the third time at those snowy Ronso mountains. But I have a feeling my charachters are underpowered.
Is there a good place to get easy and fast exp?
I remember in FF7, in the city where cloud participated in the parade, there was this hallway where cloud could set off an alarm and fight these machines which wernt that hard, and gave incredible exp!

Is there susch a place in FFX that gives great exp, and isnt that hard to obtain?

Lulu doesnt even know here "agas" (fireaga...water......)
Yuna doesnt even know regen yet. (Her last was dispel.)
I want to use blk and wht spheres for these characters to switch traits, so I have can have 2 blk/wht mages.

So where can I go for easy and big exp?

My personal favorite place to level up is in the Omega Ruins. These battles are tough but reward you with lots of xp and items. You can find this place by using the search option on the airship. This is where you search. In the middle of the map, to the very right side, you see all those little islands stretching to the east. Well it is on the east end of the second island from the mainland. (This spot is directly east of the thunderplains just for reference).
Enjoy!

EDIT: Look here, the cooridinates for a few hidden places are listed in about the 10th paragraph down...

Final Fantasy was chosen as the original name because Square was about to go under, and there was a good chance that FF actually was going to be their final game. It's not their fault that it sold so many copies that brought a struggling company back from the brink!
