anyone here who has played gta vc? if they could please tell me the location of the airplane, and the regular helicopter and the police outfit so i can go get the apache!

The police uniform is in the central police station...i forget exactly where it is, it's very near the middle of the map. It's by a huge ramp that you can jump accross the canal though. There is a helo on top of the news station/mansion/downtown PD/downtown safehouse.

Been too long since I played this, I don't remember much about where anything is. You'll probably get your answers faster by downloading a guide from GameFAQs.com than relying on our memory of a fairly old game...

the airplanes are all at airports. to get the apache (at the military base IIRC) just go from the one that you can buy at the top of the map

i remember this from the PC version, so i dont know but it might be different
