Default These good games?

my local EB is having a huge sale [I'm guessing a bunch are] and I saw a few games and I resisted the urge to splurge on them but I'm going back tomorrow so are these games any good:

Katamari [insert japanese word here] : 30 bucks
This game seemed pretty cool but I've never played it or anything and it seems gimicky

GT4: 23 bucks [40 if bought with killzone]
also looked cool but I didn't really like GT3 that much and Burnout fills my racing needs

Killzone: 21 bucks [40 if bought with gt4]
again, looked good but I dont play console fps's and I was wondering if this was any good

GT4 is hard, but VERY fun.

And Killzone is probablythe best console shooter out there, in my opinion. I love that game!

Katamari Damacy is ADDICTING....but it should be selling at around $20. The sequel, We Love Katamari, is the one selling for $30.

Can someone narrow it down to 2 games out of the three, I need money for food you know

I'm kinda leaning toward Katarmari and Killzone because again, I didn't like GT3 that much and realisitic racing games aren't my thing and Burnout suits me fine but if its REALLY that great I'll consider it
