Default Mabey PSU Problem?

Recently, my computer started to restart at random. After it rebooted, windows open up saying it could be a hardware problem.

There are 4 that are listed.

CPU
RAM
HD
PSU

So how can i check and see that if its my PSU or not?

Well you can get a Voltmeter to check the Volts on the 12v rail to see if there falling below reccomended specification. Other than that simply try another PSU in your system.

Get speedfan or something like that and check the voltages. If they seem too low (esp, 12V rails) or fluctuate like crazy, then it's your PSU.

Also, you have an idea what your temps are? You can check those also with Speedfan...

If volts seem good and stable, and temps are ok, then you should start running some diagnostic tools. I'd start with memtest for your RAM sticks (one stick at the time, so you know which one is faulty when it fails).

If all this does not work, let us know and we'll continue troubleshooting

Here are the volts

+3.3v - 3.25
+5v - 4.92
+12 - 12.22
-12 - (-9.32)
-5 - (-0.13)

vcore seems stable according to cpuz, mbm5, and speedfan

edit: accordingto mbm5, the +12v went from 12.54 to 12.47, then back up to 12.54 every second

Seems ok to me. And that PSU is more than powerful enough to power your rig.

Temps are ok?

I'd run a memtest on both ram sticks individually, as I said in my previous post.

Yes the 12V rail is perfectly stable there and is enough to power your system and your temps are looking fine. As said it could well be your RAM and i would reccomend running memtest on your RAM to see if you have bad RAM.

Memtest is here :http://www.memtest86.com/
