Default Best Power Supply for this stuff...

I'm looking for the cheapest MicroATX 24-pin power supply that will sufficiently power these components. I'm not looking to OC this system at all as it is for a business machine. I'm thinking a 300-350W should be enough, correct?

I included the case because it comes with a power supply, although I highly doubt it's good at all.

I'm also looking for a reg ATX power supply that will power the above stuff, except with an AMD 4000+ instead of the 3700+

I would go with this one. Although I hate to stick you with a roswill one, since it is only for business I think that it is your best choice.
Also If you are planning on going with business, I would wait till conroe comes out, or just go with an intel machine. AMD is usually for gaming.
You don't have much that requires alot of power. Actually you only have the essentials, so power should be a big problem if you aren't overclocking.

EDIT: So which proc. are you getting.

MATX 300+ watt PSU's are hard to find let alone 400 watts.
The best I could find...

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...399&CatId=1077

BTW I have that same Motherboard and CPU combo in my sig.
It has 430 watts. I wouldn't mind more.
The MB maxes out at 241 FSB. (getting a new MATX SLI MB because of that: http://www.evga.com/articles/306.asp)
The CPU is going 2.65 GHZ on stock cooling.
