What do you have to spend? I don't really think that any of those are a good choice, as most of them aren't terribly good ones. The OCZ and the NUUO are alright, but consider this:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817104934

FSP makes some of the best, and they are rock solid. They're the only brand that makes me suffer from *slight fanboyism. However, the reason is that the OCZ units occaisionally fail, the Ultras usually fail, the NUUO uses an adapter for the second PCIe and is modular, and Enermax has occasional reliability issues. Thermaltake PSUs are jokes, and the other Sunbeam units are awful. FSP is known for reliability, as their units are some of the only ones to pass Tom's Hardware's PSU load test. Most units fail this test. If you need SLI at a later date, just buy one of those new 5.25" bay power supplies.

I agree that FSP is a good brand, but for a budged rig, I'd get this one and save some money:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817104954

450W, dual 12V rails of 18A each, with a total max load on those rails of 29A. I think that's about the best bang for your buck in this price range. 29A is more than enough for a budget rig

Good luck

not going for SLI as i am giving 6600 GT as a hand me down for this new rig and i'll upgrade to DX10. I highly favor Modular PSUs since it'll have a cleaner look when you have a case with a clear side panel.

In that case, spend the extra few dollars and just get the Sunbeam NUUO 550W. A proven performer here on the forum, even when you don't go SLI. It's on sale right now for $74.99 + shipping on Newegg:

I know, but I prefer a good quality one. There are not many good quality PSUs in the lower wattage range. The 450W version of the NUUO might be good, but I cannot recommend it since I have no experience with it, nor have I read reviews/comments about it. I know the 550W is a proven performer, and that's why I recommended it.

The 550W version is likely built with better components (since it has to be able to deliver more power), and that's why I recommend it.

A modular PSU as indeed the advantage that cable management is better, but you'll have a slight power loss due to the extra connectors. Quality is a very important point when choosing a PSU.

From the ones you listed, I'd indeed pick the OCZ. My personal pick would be the non-modular FSP I listed earlier.
