Default Multi meter

Ok, i need a multi meter to test out the rails on my PSU. Were can I buy a cheap one from in the UK. Its kinda a wase of money though as I'll only be using it once, but what the hell, I might be able to return it.

That one is +_ .5% accuracy. So, if the meter says 12V's, the actual voltage could be between 11.94v and 12.06v. That's good enough for military work.

umm... unless i am reading the description wrong , doesnt the thing states +-1.2% accuracy for ac voltage but +-.5% for dc voltage ? just something i thought i noticed, i may quite possibly be wrong, but thought i would bring it up .
