The liberty 400W PSU looks pretty dam good.

Are you going to be using it on your system you have there? If so, go for it. It pwns pretty dam well.

Yea that will probably use no more than 300 watts. My rig with 5 fans consumes 358 watts and I have a better card then you so you seem fine. Good PSU, rock stable

i plan to push this rig as far as a can. i've had bad luck in the past, getting good oc parts only to find out one is holding me back... this time im aiming way higher than i need stock (ie pc4000 ram with a good OC rep) not sure how high i will get 3.4-3.6 would be nice, breaking 4.0 would be well.... yeah, but i dont expect that

Well 4Ghz is a possibility. Just dont think too far and dont think about it. Just keep trying for higher. Thats what I do. Dont expect too much or too little.
