Yes that Seasonic 600w would be more then enough.
Here is a PSU calculator Link You could also post your budget, so we could make recomendations if you like.

No budget really ...
__________________I did take a look to the mother board power requirements : ATX 12V 2.0 or later minimum 400w should have EATX12V 8-pin/4-pin can support at least 8A on the +12V_1 lead and 13A on the +12V_2 lead. For Dual core ... 16A ( Peak 22A ) on the +12V_2 lead What are these leads anyway ( +12V_1 and _2 _ ) ? And i know it depends on other devices but i'm really not building this computer for gaming but for working with many applications ( multimedia center ) and lot of 3D programs like Autocad and solid edge ... Thanks !

I find that offensive!

The S12-600 will be enough. Also, if you're going crossfire, don't get an X1800GTO, because if you manage to find a X1800 CF, it will severly limit the Crossfire card. Unless the X1800GTO is one of the cards that doesn't need a master card...

You want a minimum of a 500W PSU with 12V rating of 34A for SLI/Crossfire.
ThaWaxShop's suggested FSP is a great choice as is your Seasonic. Personally I'd get one of the following: PC Power & Cooling 510 ASL FSP 600-700W OCZ GameXStreme 700W (not 600W) Seasonic s12 600W Enermax Noisetaker 600W Any of these will provide you with solid stable power for all your requirements.

24-pin is the new standard, 20+4-pin are compatible with older 20-pin and newer 24 pin header mobo's.

Now i'm stucked between having Fortron 600W or Seasonic 600W or Seasonic 700W ... Fortron is cheaper and cables are sleeved already and could have 700W to reach the price of seasonic 600W who's not sleeved ... but ... seasonic has a better output 18A instead of 15A ... what could be the good choice to make at this time ... ?
