Default Enermax Liberty 500W

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817194003

I have a POS Okia 600w now that is very loud and I just dont care for it. I like the look and sound of this PSU very much also like the modular plugs due to only connectiong what I need and it seems one plug has a slew of connections. I will definately be SLi'ing my rig in the near future.

I am curious if anyone has had expierence with the company and the PSU, also if anyone has it in a TT Armor? They fit kinda funny in there and I do use my rear HDD cage plus the 90mm exhaust fan.

They are brilliant. Enermax are a very reputable company and the fan is almost silent. I helped to fit it in Fusi0n Racing's Thermaltake Shark case and it fitted like a charm. It fits like any ordinary PSU. It also has good Amps on the 12v line for oc'ing and powering a high performance kit

yes they are fantastic, very quiet and look class with the glittery paint on them and the gold fan guard

i highley reccomend getting this psu, its great for oc'ing, due to having high amps and being very stable under load.

its also modular and all cables are emi shielded with braiding, so everything looks nice and tidy

in a TT armor you use the rear 90mm fan, and that fits either with or without a hdd cage and also fits fine alongside the psu

http://www.xoxide.com/sunbeam-nuuo-550w-psu-black.html

was also looking at this bad boy? Would you say still go with the Liberty? And do I have to use the fan controller with it for the PSU or can I use it elsewhere?

Also looking at this one http://www.xoxide.com/hiper-power-supply-black.html

And finally lol http://www.xoxide.com/coolmax-cr-550b.html

that sunbeam is very good aswell, i belive its just down to preference

i would personally get the liberty, but thats because i know my one is great

i belive the liberty puts out more amps too, and its nicer looking

Edit: i wouldnt get the hiper, its not as highly rated as the other too, all ive really heard about hipers is that they arent that reliable

I highly recommend the Liberty. Stable, quiet, and good rails. Can't go wrong with this PSU.

Well I ordered the Enermax Liberty from new with free shipping and $5 off at the newegg.com of course.

My only concern will of course be if it fits alright, cause I do use the HDD cage in the back for all my HDD's and the 90mm fan.

BUMP

Recieved the unit today and I must say it is one solid and silent PSU, thanks for all who advised. Now I looked at my volts in Speedfan to see where I am sitting and all seem fine minus the +5 which is sitting at a high 4 and the other a high 3 is this ok or do I need to change something? I put all my fans on one string as divided the eternity in front and back fans with the CPU on its own.
