Ok, so I turn off my computer last night and go to bed, everythings fine. Now, today when I go to turn it back on, nothing happens! I looked at the motherboard and the light was not on. I check the power cord and tried it in a differant outlet connected to a differant circuit. Still nothing. My thought is that the PSU died over night, but that doesnt really make sense, since it wasnt even on overnight, and there was no flash or anything when I tryed to turn the system on. Any thoughts?

Its the ghosts inside the system.
That is really strange though, sounds like something that would happen to my system.

I had a similar situation happen with my brothers rig. Although it wasn't a top grade PSU like you have, his was the antec which came with the case. Do any of the case lights or mobo fans start up. It may very well be dead PSU, but check for the obvious things first. Make sure the main power connected is properly connected to the motherboard and make sure the power switch on the PSU is turned on.
Do you have another PSU to test out? Also, make sure the actual case wire didnt split from the power button. Best of luck!

Try shorting the PSU, just take the ATX connector out of the mobo and insert a piece of wire into the green pin and insert the other end into any ground (black)
Then switch the PSU on using the switch on the back of it. If your fan's come on then it's not your PSU, it's something else. Also, try clearing your CMOS
