RMAing Sunbeam Nuuo PSU

My Nuuo seems to have died on me, and I am looking to get an RMA, but there customer service line is not picking up. Does anyone else have any experience with trying to RMA something with Sunbeam? Did it go well, or should I just buy a new PSU?

No dont get a new PSU yet. I would give them a few more calls and or leave some sort of message with your contact details. If not then maybe get another PSU yes.
