Default Is this a good PSU?

I found it and the price is nice and it looks cool and I heard some people here liked it but is it reliable and enough to power a core 2 duo e6600, 2 gig of ram and a high end video card like 7900 gt or above? Thanks.

38a on the rail is sufficient for your needs. So yes, its a fine psu.

I installed that PSU into a CMStacker 830 recently--the only thig we didn't like (Spiitz and I) is the fact that it is SLI cert but only has one true PCIe lead out--you have to jumper two molex and use and adapter to get the second lead--and that is unacceptable IMO for a nicely sheathed and modular SLI set up...other than that it is rock solid driving two EVGA 7900GTX cards and a X2 3800+.

If a clean install for SLI is key look further...but for a single card this is an awesome set up--the amphenol aircraft type conectors are far sturdier than the X Connect style of plugs.
