What's the opinion around here on these PSUs?

Just looked at a couple of reviews, it has good specs.

I think it should do you well, i've not heard of vantec PSU's, good luck tho

Yes there not bad PSU'S however going with a well known brand always asures you that you will get a good power supply most of the time. Brands such as Tagan Seasonic and Silverstone are great. Also some advice for a system like that you will want a 38 Amp output along with atleast 550watss really.
