try upgrade my amd xp to amd 64 939, amd 64 3000+ everything going to be budget.
mobo going to use MSI K8N Neo4-F or asus a8n5x , GPU will be like 6800gs or x800gto. No SLI, 1 gig of ram. 160 gb HD. Maybe overclock system a little. Now looking for a New PSU.

Thermaltake is well known to make bad PSU's. Forton, Hiper, Sunbeam, Seasonic, Antec, etc.. are the branded ones that are good.
