You're still under the 5% tolerance on the 12v rail and you can use dual psu config but I would suggest a single brand name psu around 450W

Your PSU 12v rail voltage is normal however it could be the PSU on its way out. Remember to eliminate the fact that its a PSU issue run another PSU in your system of possible and see if it runs ok. Alos Drivers can be a cause of a crashing system. I would update your video drivers/Chipset drivers and sound drivers.

FYI. My 250W Huntkey could handle a:
6800LE
Sempy 2400+ SocketA
7VM400AMF
And fans, HDD's you know, a 30W in the hat.

By using the wattage calculator i got 312W, so i think your 380W isn't a problem.

But, how many amperes is there on the 12V rail(s)?

Make sure you sandpaper the hole, and then put some U rubber over it to avoid sharp edges. Put some grease around the newly drilled hole, and then screw your computer, screw it hard. Maybe install some UV lights and turn em up to indicate that your computer is also excited.
