This sounds like a heat issue to me.
Have you monitored temps while this is happening?

Open up your case and push your hand up against your heatsink while you have those programs running. I'm thinking it's an overheating issue too.

Hey man, nothing wrong with stock if you don't OC. But let's just make sure that it's a cooling issue. It may be a driver conflict, but first we have to diagnose the problem correctly.

Also use AS5 thermal compound when replacing heat sink with new heat sink!

Also i notice you have the same board as me. This board came with the Core center software, use it!
This is a very handy tool to have!
Also you may find that the temp readings are off about 5-6C and not in your favor either

Please use proper english and grammer here at Overclock.net. Anyway. Get a program called speedfan and tell me the Voltage on your +12vRail. This sounds like a failing PSU to me.

Sorry about the bad grammer. It kicks in to me when ever I'm on my keyboard. I am using speedfan and isn't the Voltage at the bottom of that picture?
