Default Logisys PSU

OK, I'm sure most of you already know this, but for those of you who don't, DON'T BY A LOGISYS PSU!!! I have one, and, today I was trying to find out why I couldn't get past 2.55 Ghz stable, and it turns how that, no matter how high I set the vcore to, the highest I can get is 1.53V.
No wonder I can't OC higher!

If you raising the vcore it sounds like a mobo problem not a PSU, PSU's do not supply direct current to the CPU, its regulated through the mobo.

Yeah, I don't believe the 1.XX vcore comes from the PSU. It's down regulated from the 3.3 or 5V lines. NOW...Your PSU could have bad PFC (Power factor correction), so as the CPU loads up and demand is placed on the PSU, it de-stabilizes momentarily. That could cause all kinds of OC problems.
