Default Question about Kingwin Alpha AP-450

Well, right here it says there is only 15A on the +12 volt rail, but here and here it says there is 35A on the +12V rail.

I think i would go by the developers website (kingwin in this case) i think they would know there product better so in fact it is a 35a on the 12 rail
