Default Anything wrong with these voltages?

These sem high to me but, maybe I'm just crazy! If these are really bad, what PSU should I get ($60 MAX!)

They arent very good, but you will servive.

Edit: Ive seen them before when the +12 volt fluctuated too 12.88.

It has gone up to 12.75 before and the 1.8 has been up to 2.5. I might just get a new PSU, just to be safe...

Yes, you just wait there, im going to see what i can dig up on newegg.

Dont trust those software based voltage meters. The only way to get the "Correct" voltage readings is with a multimeter.

PeDrO is correct 100%
If ad when you do check the voltages, 3% varation or les is great, up to 5% is considered acceptable.

I get (close) to the same reading off my multimeter. Its goes ~.1 to .3v over the 5%. I guess its time for a new PSU then eh?

Probably, yes.

If you want...the Seasonic S12-600HT doesn't even budge on my voltmeter...switching loads, and while under full load...getting hot...everything.

Maybe you should give that a try.
