well if it doesn't say it on the box and you dont know the model number there really is no way to find out.
Put it this way, if you dont know, its time to upgrade.

Look on the PSU itself. There should be a sticker.
But I agree, you most likely need an upgrade if you don't know and can't find out on the box...
