Hey guys, I need a new power supply. I can get a ocz Powerstream 520 watt or a Antec true 550, which should I get?

It will be powering the following (eventually)

2 gigs of ram, 2 harddrives, a x1800XT/7900GT, an amd 4400+ s939 dual core and just a crapload of fans, which is better? I want stability, and hopefully a 12 volt rail that stays slightly overvolted.
