I would try a PSU with a 500W rating, and 2-3 rails with 18A+ (rough amperage) on each.
How about a budget... Do'h! NM saw you have a great budget! OCZ - non-modular Reputable manufacturers: Antec, OCZ, Enermax, Silverstone.

Can't go wrong with an Antec: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817371001
And I would add some cable sleeves to it: http://xoxide.com/sleevingkit2.html Or, you could get a PSU with the cables sleeved, I would suggest one of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...8603&OEMMark=0 Not all of them are sleeved, but most of them are.

i second the one busa picked out, its the one i was going to recomend.. And now a days you dont want a psu with less than 24 to 26 amps on the 12volt side. This one has a beefy 49 amp single rail, which is better than multi rails for stability. Most multi rail psu tap into the same rail anyways.

Is the system an "HP" system...or just in the case? If it's an HP then you might have to get an oem psu. If not then you might want to look into a new case also. with the savings from your 185 budget your 1/2 way there already.
