Well my old PSU has been a bit unstable recently, so I thought I'd take some of the load off it by hooking up a second PSU with the same spec to run 3 fans off.
Now it seems to be more stable, but my question is, will running this PSU cause a large rise in the electricity bill, even though it only powering 3 fans? Sorry for the really crap picture quality, they're taken from my really crap camera phone. I'm not worried about cable management either. All these cables are on the outside of the case so it's not a problem for aireflow. Also, dunno if you can see it in the picture but I've put my "side" intake on top of a desk tidy. This gives it the added height to cool my passive graphics heatsink and passive northbridge heatsink. When I turn the fans power supply off, my NB temp goes up pretty quickly from 20 to 30. I only turn the PSU on when I think I need some cooling :P. However, this shouldn't be very often because I rarely play games any more. Anyway, if my question could be answered, it'd be nice!

No there wont be a large increase. However generic PSU's usually draw more power than needed and will increase electricity usage. However it wouldnt affect the bill that much.

a PSU will only produce the power it needs.
say your computer draws 485w and you have a psu rated to produce 750w. your psu will only provide what your computer needs and thus only give out 485w. as for electricity bills go... generic PSU's tend to be verry inefficient which means a lot of the current they draw from the wall turns to heat instead of power for yoru PC. You would probably have a lower bill with one high power, high efficiency psu (80% or higher) then you will with the 2 generic, lower power psus
