Default Need a new PSU

Ok i need a new PSU i just got my RMA back for my PSU (FSP 500watt blue storm) and it still doesnt work well at all the 12v rail at idle is 11.71 and 11.63 at load with multimeter!!!!!!!!! and my bios says my 5v is at 4.83 omg so guys search a new psu for me that is under 100 CND (has to be from NCIX) ok Thanks guys

Im not buying another 1 of those PSU's cause ive already rma'ed 1 and this 1 is now dead too, I dont care for FSP that much anymore

i cant even play games at stock setting with my system it locks up and shuts down. My old PSU that i got for 35$ is better and i have to run at stock with it but i dont get lock ups. that is how bad the undervolt is.
