Default Is she dead? (my Ultra Connect PSU)
I got home from work and I noticed the PC with my Ultra Connect 500W PSU was off. I turned it on and got power for a 1/2 a second and then nothing. I connected a cheap 480W PSU and it worked fine. I tried the Ultra and same deal... power for a 1/2 a second and then nothing? Three times.


It's dead right?

Has anyone had to send a PSU back to Ultra before?

I'll call them tomorrow, but, would appreciate any experience from here. TY

If you tested another and it worked, I don't see how it could be anything but a dead power supply.

I'm wondering with there 3 year limited warranty is any good. I really liked this one.
