Default PSU advice for C2D rig

Hey,
i am building a C2D rig, and i have almost all the components except the motherboard ( this weekend) and the PSU
My rig:
-e6300 (hopefully @ 3GHz)
-Western Digital 320GB SATA2 Hdd
-Connect3d x1300 256MB
-3x512MB (cheapo RAM) DDR2 533
-Asus P5B or Gigabyte P965-DS3 <-- still can't choose

On my current PC, the PSU is a 450W Touchmate (the only brand name PSU i could find in the country). Never had a problem with it, and managed to overclock my Radeon 9600 from 398/202 to 452/216

I phoned their store, and they told they had a 350W PSU for bout 10$ US. I would like to know if it is a viable option, and if not, what i need to find on the 12V rails (amps) so the PC can function, and hopefully OC nicely (nothing extreme, 2.4GHz to maybe 3GHz)
Thx

Djibouti! 350 would probably be fine, I would go for 400 to be save so then you can get some super duper graphics later

More than a $10 PSU will give you. The PSU is something you do NOT want to go bargain-basement on. I'd recommend spending at least $50, probably more, on a good, reputable PSU.

PSU and Mobo are the two parts you never want to cheap out on

Are there any websites of shops who specialise in these sort of thing in your country? Or any companys worldwide which ship to you?

http://www.memory-configurator.com/index.html
That website ships to you and they have a decent psu as well. http://www.memory-configurator.com/p...on_/index.html

It says it is an EU version...I don't know what you have in Africa but it should work I recon.
