Looks good... It has 30 amps on the 12V rails combined, and that's just way too much for your rig, but hey then you could keep it for future upgrades...

The NUUO is a good PSU, but buying a 550W at the moment seems like waste.

Perhaps look at something 600w plus then with dedicated sli 12v rails, if your uppgrading!
