Looks good... It has 30 amps on the 12V rails combined, and that's just way too much for your rig, but hey then you could keep it for future upgrades...

Now, I would only suggest it if you can get a good price.

MY rule of thumb: Never skimp on the power supply and motherboard becuse the power supply and motherboard are the most important parts in a computer. In the next 6-8 months i am completley upgrading so i thought as i need a new psu i'd start there

Perhaps look at something 600w plus then with dedicated sli 12v rails, if your uppgrading!
