Default Upgrade my PSU

I have a 550 watt rosewell psu and since im going to install a dfi nf4 d-ultra board with 165 opty with 2 gig and planing on OC them all (video card to) so you think I should go about 600-650 watts to be safe? I have a budget of about 150 dallors.

I been using Rosewill for years...Unless your running SLI and need the extra support why spend money you don't need to spend...I have a rosewill and it runs my operton @3.0 with out a hitch and I have run it with two gpu's in sli so why waste 150.00 if you don't need too, apply the money elsewhere in your system like high performance ram

Isn't 600W OCZ only 50W more than what you already have?!?!?

If you are to upgrade, at least 700W is more realistic.

To be honest the things you really need look for from PSU's are the amp's on 12v rails and the PSU's efficiency rating.

Anything in the area of 450-550W is fine, anything higher is overkill unless you're running SLI 8800's.

Watts means nothing. Its about the amps on the 12V rail(s).

Another one for the OCZ GameXStream 600W. Mine is great.
