They are ok... much better now than in the past. I would consider them 2nd Tier or 3rd Tier. Better than no-name brands though.

I use an Ultra 500W that I purchased for free AR. My 1st impressions were:
__________________1. Lifetime Warranty. Can't beat that. 2. Heavy. Good sign of a heavy duty power supply. I've used this in a heavily overclocked system with 4 hard drives. Not a problem, stays on 24/7. Only con is that its a tad loud, but tolerable.
