Using that with my PCP&C, will I have any issues? Will go into a P5B-Deluxe or a Commando.

Give PC Power and Cooling an email. They are very nice and respond within a few hours! They will know the answer!

Nope. I used one with my SLI-DR Expert for a while. Worked fine.

From Bob Roark @ PCP&C:

"We really do not recommend stepping the processor connector up like that,
but it will work."

Kind of vague, doesn't really give me a concrete answer...As in "Yes, it will work forever", or "No, it'll create a lot of stress on your PSU components....:\

Sent an email back to him a few days ago, we'll see what he says on Monday

Thanks everyone for the suggestions!

Solved my problem

Turns out my old OCZ Powerstream 520 is EPS12V certified. It's only got 2 SATA plugs though, so I am going run my 4 hard drives off molex connections. No problems there Installed my PCP&C as well, just in case I need some more power

OCZ did it weird, they made the ATX 20/4 brick modular, so you could do either 20 or 24 pins, so I am going to order a 24-pin ATX connection, as well as an EPS12V 8-pin connection because they did the same thing with the 8-pin connection, you could use it as a 4 or 8 pin connector. ACRyan's naming conventions suck though, they should be called "Male", when they name them female...I don't think I need to explain why

Thanks guys for all the help!

Edit- Decided not to install the PCP&C, I was going to use Lian-Li's PSU jumper cable thing to turn the PSU on when the other one went on, but it would look really messy and majorly ugly. So I will run the HDDs off molex connections and be happy

Okay, so much to my chagrin both the 20/24 pin connection and the 4/8-pin EPS12v connections are modular, as stated above. Here are some shots of the PSUs installed, that's a lot of cabling

Will order the two connections above to de-modular-ize them, and make installation much simpler.

Glad you're getting it sorted out. Its pretty cool that the WD drives are molex as well as SATA power. I didn't know that when I bought them.
